TilVent-200 stainless steel ventilation pole ø200mm

The TilVent stainless steel ventilation shaft is an elegant ventilation solution for ventilating crawl spaces, basements, fireplaces, heat pumps, HRV systems, cooktop extraction, and other ventilation-requiring systems. The TilVent stainless steel ventilation shaft is suitable for both air supply and exhaust. Its matte stainless steel appearance appeals to both architects and building owners.

The TilVent stainless steel ventilation shaft complete set consists of three components, a stackable shaft of 500mm, a cap with excellent protection against rainwater, and a mesh module in the cap for animal protection. The ventilation shaft allows for good ventilation because it is positioned well above the ground level. The system is designed for both new construction and renovation applications. It can be connected to a vertical duct located somewhere in the outdoor space and is not bound to underlying structures, thus offering a lot of design freedom.

The TilVent stainless steel ventilation shaft should be connected to a vertical pipe. For ventilation ducts below ground level, it's important that condensation and any incoming moisture are drained. Preferably through an opening at the bottom of an elbow piece or through a T-piece lying in a gravel box. The risk of incoming moisture cannot be completely eliminated with this system and it is therefore not watertight. The length of the system is flexible because the shaft is stackable and can be extended by 500mm per extension.

Pest prevention
If the ventilation shaft is positioned in a wooded or animal-rich environment, there is a chance that unwanted intruders (mice, rats, and birds) might want to nest in the pipe. To prevent this, there is a stainless steel mesh module in the cap, which is a small animal mesh and not an insect mesh. The mesh module is removable for cleaning purposes.

Sizes and colors
The TilVent-200 stainless steel ventilation shaft is particularly suitable for cooktop extraction in kitchens and larger basement ventilation. It can also be used for HRV installations and other ventilation systems. It is standardly delivered in matte stainless steel, but can be provided in color upon request.
