The Quix Wedge is a versatile plastic wedge with a unique toothed profile. This allows two wedges to interlock, providing accurate, slip-free and stable adjustment. The height can be adjusted in increments of just 0.5 mm, allowing for highly precise installation.

Quix wedges are widely used for window frames, walls, floors, roofs, beams, formwork, façade construction, interior fitting, exhibition stand construction and general installation work. The wedges are available in six different sizes and are also offered in a practical assortment box containing the most commonly used dimensions.

Glass blocks or spacers: what is the difference?

Glass blocks ensure the correct positioning of glass within window frames. By creating a controlled gap between the glass and the frame, both materials have sufficient space to expand and contract. This reduces stress within the glass and minimises the risk of glass breakage.

The blocks are manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, do not absorb moisture and are compatible with modern sealing materials. Thanks to colour coding, the correct thickness can be identified easily. The blocks are available in various widths and thicknesses and have a load capacity of up to 500 kg.
