The light wells can be installed in front of basement windows in concrete or masonry walls and are suitable for a wide variety of construction situations. For projects with specific requirements, drive-over and watertight versions are available. In addition, the light wells can be fitted with a drainage connection for the controlled discharge of rainwater.

The standard version of the basement light well. Thanks to the high reflectance of the white surface, available daylight is used to its full potential. The well is strong, dimensionally stable and designed for pedestrian traffic as standard.

T176 extension piece for basement light well

Extension pieces allow the standard height of the light well to be increased. This makes it possible to adapt the well to the surroundings of the building and the ground level. The height can be increased by 9 to 30 cm.

T176 basement light well drainage connection

For the safe discharge of rainwater, the light well can be equipped with a drainage connection including a leaf trap, odour trap and sealing system for connection to a Ø100 mm drainage pipe.
