T177-125 Ross extension ø125mm, beige

An alternative ventilation solution for crawl spaces, basements, and other below-ground spaces, as well as for air supply for fireplaces and low-placed machines or ventilation systems.

The Ross ventilation shaft is suitable for both air supply and exhaust. The semi-circular design appeals to both architects and building owners. The plastic ventilation shaft, made of polypropylene (PP), provides good protection against rainwater as the outlet is well above ground level. The length of the system is flexible as vertical extensions of 450mm length are available, which can also be shortened to size. The risk of moisture ingress cannot be 100% excluded as the system is not groundwater resistant, and any condensation can drain through openings at the bottom of the bend.

The length of the T177 ventilation shafts can be easily increased with vertical extensions of 450mm length. The extensions can also be shortened to size, allowing for any intermediate size. A complete set includes 1 extension as standard, resulting in a standard height of approximately 1m. Additional extensions are available separately.

For connection to existing systems or embedded pipes that are already on the exterior of the facade, an adapter is available. The dark gray adapter fits pipes with an outer ø110. The adapter should be mounted in place of the standard elbow piece, preferably below ground level. In this situation, a complete set is not needed but individual parts; a cap, adapter, and if needed, an extension.

Note: For cooktop extraction, it is recommended to include a backdraft damper 125mm somewhere in the system to prevent unwanted air backflow (draft).
