FlexVent-HV Air vent, stainless steel set for prefab

The patented slim FlexVent-HV ensures more attractive masonry and optimal ventilation of crawl spaces. Perfectly fitting in the masonry facade, thanks to the great flexibility of this floor duct; ultra-thin and maximally adjustable.

This prefab variant is specially developed for use in prefabricated facade elements of the Spaansen Group, the Gevelklaar system.
The complete floor ventilation system can be divided into two main components:

1) The stainless steel duct section; this is bonded by Spaansen in the factory to the facade elements.

2) The plastic duct set, consisting of an adapter and a half FlexVent-HV floor ventilating duct.

This system is a co-production; Spaansen sells the stainless steel duct section as part of the prefab facade.
The plastic duct set can easily be applied later on site, before backfilling the ground. This set can be ordered separately, at the building materials trade or at Tilmar.

The stainless steel duct section is provided with protective film that can be removed just before the project is delivered.

The stainless steel duct set can also be ordered separately for use in projects with brick slips, projects that are not carried out in a factory.
