Deliveries

Deliveries over € 500.00 net excluding VAT are free in the entire European Union (EU).
For orders below € 500.00 net, our shipping and handling costs are;
€ 15,- for shipments within the Netherlands
€ 20,- for shipments to Belgium and Germany
€ 30,- for shipments to other EU countries
Delivery time is from stock, subject to sale.

Orders are processed and shipped daily:
For NL and BE; Ordered before 12:00 - delivered the next business day!
For other EU countries, allow for a few extra days of delivery time.

The prices listed on this website are contractor and installer prices excl. VAT.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Discounts available on request for quantities, industry, or projects.

Payment term: within 30 days net from the invoice date.
Goods remain our property and immediately claimable until payment has been made.
Complaints about deliveries etc. will only be processed if submitted in writing within 8 days.

At Tilmar BV, we strive for satisfied customers and pleasant cooperation. However, it may happen that a product does not fully meet your expectations. In that case, you can register a return.

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following points in mind:

• Returns must be registered within 30 days.
• Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.
• Custom-made and specially ordered products are excluded from return.
