Tilmar BV is a supplier of specialty products for the construction industry. These products are manufactured by, purchased from, and sold to companies; Tilmar BV operates B2B. Our information provision and advising are carried out solely B2B. No transactions are made or other contacts maintained with natural persons. For our business operations, only correct name, address, and company data from officially registered companies in the Chamber of Commerce are required. Furthermore, it is important for communication with registered companies to know which officials we (can) have dealings with. We use personal data of officials to communicate correctly and efficiently with companies, as well as to deliver our product information to the right officials within companies.

Per company, we keep track of contact persons. We register the full name, gender, title, position, direct email address, extension, or mobile phone number of these contact persons. We prefer not to receive private email addresses or private phone numbers. It is easier for us to verify whether a contact person is authorized to act on behalf of a company if an email address is on a specific company domain name or a specific company phone number. Nevertheless, we consider all mentioned contact person data as personal data;
